White Wonderland

I really love the design of this skirt. Or at least I think it's a skirt? It does look a bit like shorts as well due to the way it sits on her legs. I can't say that wearing all white is a path I have ever really tried to go down - mainly because my whole wardrobe is black - but, I think it looks quite good here. Can anyone I.D the brand of this skirt? The more I look at it the more I like it.
