Chanel Particulière

It's not often that I do beauty posts. In fact, I don't think I've ever done one. I love make-up but I don't really know a thing about it. A few weeks ago I saw a girl wearing this nail polish and being the nail polish junkie that I am, I asked her what brand it was. The poor girl seemed a tad confused when I approached her. Maybe she was a bit creeped out by the fact that I was so excited by her nail polish. I guess it's not everyday you approach strangers after staring at their fingers for five minutes. But anyway, it turns out that it was this Chanel polish. She was wearing it with the YSL Arty Oval ring posted below and it was a really nice combination. The brown proved to be a really great alternative to black. It's still dark but no-where near as heavy and looks really good with both silver and gold jewelry. But, back to the point. Since this day I've been on a hunt for this Chanel nail polish and am yet to find it. Supposably it is sold out Australia wide. However, today I struck gold and found an O.P.I nail polish in a very similar colour, almost identical actually, for a third of the price. Success? I think so. It's not Chanel but it will do the job for now.
