This would have to be one of the best photos of Chloe I have seen in a long time. I'm generally not a fan of collar on collar but Chloe has it down pat. If anyone is going to get away with breaking rules such as collar on collar, socks and sandals or brown and black it's going to be Chloe Sevigny.
